ORDERING INFORMATION (Within Australia)

• Orders are accepted by e-mail, post or phone. Please advise any special delivery instructions, freight preference and payment details with your order.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard as payment. If you would like to make a direct funds transfer, please contact us for our bank details.
• We recommend Aust Post for all orders. If you have another preferred freight forwarder, please advise us. If you would like your parcel registered for security, please add $5.00 per consignment.
• FREIGHT and Packing Charges - Up to 3kg cubed weight to Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold and Sunshine Coasts allow $15.00. All other areas 3kg cubed weight allow $20.00 (excludes NT). For orders larger than 3kg cubed, or NT we will provide an estimate of freight cost prior to dispatch. ( ** Rates Valid until end 2010 )
• Due to Quarantine Restrictions, we are unable to accept orders from WA or Tasmania.
• All prices shown include GST.
• Orders over $1000 attract a 10% discount.
• Please advise if you are willing to accept substitutes in the event that your first choice is sold out, and we will endeavour to substitute equal or better quality.
• All plants are sent in their pots unless otherwise requested. (NT excepted).
