ORDERING INFORMATION (Within Australia)

• Orders are accepted by e-mail, post, phone or fax. Please advise delivery instructions, freight preference and payment details with your order.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. If you wish to make a direct funds transfer please contact us for our Bank details.
• We recommend Fastways courier for the Eastern Seaboard and either TNT Express or Australia Post for all other areas. Local orders (Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast and west to Toowoomba) allow $10.00, all other areas for up to 5kg (cubed) allow $15.00. For larger plants/orders we will provide you with an estimate prior to shipping.
• We are accredited to send to all states except Tasmania. WA CUSTOMERS require additional certification so please note that a $5.00 per order charge applies to go towards inspection costs. Freight to WA can be expensive, especially express or Overnight Courier, so please contact us regarding freight to WA.
• All prices include GST but do not include freight
• Orders over $500 attract a 10% Discount and orders over $1000 attract a 15% Discount
• Please advise if you are willing to accept substitutes in the event that your first selection is sold out. We will always substitute equal or better quality.
• All plants are normally sent in their pots unless requested otherwise.
